11.5.2
REMOVAL AND REFITMENT OF
CABLES FROM HVAC
Removal of cable
1. Push the Bowden clip removing it.
2. Then remove the cable coil from the
respective cams.
REFITMENT OF CABLE
Follow reverse procedure to refit.
WARNING:
Put the cable with white tag in white
gear and the black cable in black gear.
1. For Air Distribution Cable :
While assembly of Bowden cable knob should
keep on face mode.
For Temperature Cable: The temperature knob
should be in full cold position while assembling
the cable.
2. For Air Distribution Cable :
Put the eyelet in distribution cam.
For Temperature Cable: Put the eyelet in
mixing cam.
3. Push the cam by one hand and assemble the
cable clip, as shown in the figure.
4. For Confirmation of correct fitment, check by
rotating the knobs in extreme position. If the
knob is not completing the stroke or the knob is
retracting back, above fitment is not correct.
Please repeat.
11.5.3 REMOVAL OF WIRING HARNESS
CONNECTORS FROM CONTROL PANEL
1. For removing the connector press the snap
and pull the connector outside.
2. For removing the connector 2 press the snap
and push the lever.
