1. Discharge the system.
2. Remove Cockpit & HVAC.
3. Clean the evaporator
4. Assemble HVAC & Cockpit.
5. Evacuate the system
6. Charge refrigerant gas & oil
qty.
7. Check performance by ODT/
CDT.
2. Condensate has got
collected in bottom of
evaporator
Check the drain grommet.

Frequent Tripping
1. Thermistor is
malfunctioning
Check & Replace thermistor
2. Filter has got clogged with
debris
Clean Filter
