5. Disconnect the cable from hood release lever.

6. Pull out and remove the cable from the engine

compartment.

CAUTION

Do not pull the hood latch cable from inside of cab

it can damage the rubber grommet.

FITMENT

NOTE

Check the condition of the rubber grommet, if

found damaged replace the same at the time of

fitment.

For fitment follow the reverse procedure of

removal.

1.4.2. FLOOR CONSOLE

REMOVAL

1. Pull out gear shifter bezel.

2. Pull out console RH and LH side panel

3. Remove one rear floor console mounting

screw.

4. Disconnect one electrical connections behind

the floor console assembly.
