36. Remove the counter shaft bolt.

CAUTION:

Precaution to be taken while removing the counter

shaft bolt to avoid the failure of bolt.

37. Mount the front housing puller as shown in

figure. (Part No: 5403 5890 26 03).

NOTE:

Front housing removal puller bolts (4No’s) should

be evenly tightened.

38. Remove the front housing by tightening the

puller bolt.

NOTE:

Remove the hexagonal locking nuts, used for front

housing locking before tightening of front housing

puller bolts.

39. Remove the main shaft, drive shaft and

counter shaft simultaneously with their forks

from the intermediate plate.

NOTE

After removing all shafts carefully place on table.
