GEAR BOX 6450

23. Remove four detent plugs, springs and ball

pins by using magnetic driver from the rear

housing.

24. Remove shifter fork and shaft of reverse gear.

25. Remove shifter fork including its brass pad of

and 6

gear assembly.

26. Remove speedo sensing wheel along with the

inner race of main shaft cylindrical roller

bearing.

For 4X4

vehicle gearbox speedo sensing

wheel is not provided. Remove the main shaft

cylindrical roller bearing inner race along with

the reverse gear assembly carefully without

damaging gear teeth.
