HORN TUNING WITH TUNING KIT

a) Dismantle the Horn(s) from the Vehicle along

with Bracket of Horn.

b) Keep the tuning kit switch in OFF condition.

c) Connect the Tuning kit Input red Terminal to

Positive and Black terminal to Negative of the

Battery or Regulated Power Supply as shown

below (Caution:- + to + Terminal and - to –

Terminal)

NOTE

Ensure right polarity before starting the tuning

process.

d) Mount the Horn on a rigid fixture as shown in

below figure.

NOTE



Horn to be rigidly mounted on the bracket

before proceeding for tuning.



Do not adjust the middle Nut.

e) Connect the tuning kit output terminal to Horn as

shown in below figure. (Horn can be of blade

terminal or of two pin sealed connector).

NOTE

LED should be in off mode when Horn is

connected

f) In this condition, LED of the tuning Kit will not

glow. This is intended behavior.

g) Rotate the adjusting screw in the direction

specified next to tuning screw, till the LED is

glowing.
