REMOVAL

I. OUTBOARD TAIL LAMP

REMOVAL:

1. Open the Tailgate.

2. Remove the two mounting screws of lamp.

3. Pull out the lamps from its location.

4. Disconnect the Electrical connection.

5. Take out the lamp.

Inspection:

1. Check the connectors for any loose terminals or

wires broken at the terminal ends.

2. Check the filaments of the bulb if blown replace

faulty bulb.

REFITMENT:

1. Connect the electrical connection.

2. Align the Lamp with its mounting catchers and

locator.

3. Tighten its two mounting location with screws.

Tightening Torque for the screw is 0.45 – 0.65 kgf-

BULB REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE

1. Open the Tailgate.

2. Remove the Outboard Lamp (Refer the removal

procedure).

3. Rotate the Turn function bulb holder in

anticlockwise direction and remove the assy.

4. Take out the bulb from holder and replace with

new one.

5. Rotate the Bulb holder in clockwise direction for

fitment.

6. Fit the Lamp.

II. INBOARD TAIL LAMP



Stop Lamp- 12V, 0.5W Red LED (10 Nos.)



Tail lamp- 12V, 0.2W Red LED (12 Nos.)

REMOVAL:

1. Open the Tailgate.

2. Remove the trim behind the Tailgate (Inboard

Tail lamp).
