27. Remove the reverse gear assembly, shifter
sleeve of reverse gear, struts, synchropack,
synchro ring, lock plate.
28. Remove the snap ring near 6
th
gear from
counter shaft.
29. Remove the sixth gear from main shaft and
the sixth gear from the counter shaft along
with its bush.
30. Remove the engaging gear assembly and
synchro pack from counter shaft.
31. Remove the fifth gear and bush between 5
th
and 6
th
gear from the main shaft also remove
the fifth gear from the counter shaft.
NOTE:
Now the rear housing counter shaft portion is free
from gear assemblies.
32. Remove the spacer from main shaft and snap
ring from counter shaft.
