5. PDC and RVC not working

6.Before checking rev lamp switch,

check if PDC and RVC is getting

enables or not, if PDC/RVC is

working is then problem is with

bulb, fuse wire or interconnection.

CONDITION

4.FRONT PARKING LAMPS

Single front parking

lamp not working

1. Connector loose.

1. Fix the connector properly.

2. Bulb loose/fused.

2. Fix the bulb properly. Replace bulb

if blown.

3. Grounding point loose.

3. Tighten the grounding properly.

4. Parking lamp LH/RH fuse in cockpit fuse

and relay box loose/blown.

4. Fix the fuse properly in the base. If

blown, check for short in the circuit

and then replace the fuse.

5. Battery supply not reaching to parking

lamp LH/RH fuse input.

5. Check the continuity from battery to

the lamps through the master light

switch, main W/H and Floor W/H

connectors and rectify the

discontinuity in the circuit.

Both front parking

lamps not working

1. Master light switch connector loose.

1. Fix the connector properly.

2. Master light switch faulty.

2. Replace master light switch.

3. BCM output wire loose.

3. Repair the wiring harness.

4. Parking lamp relay faulty.

4. Replace relay.

5. Both Head Lamps connectors loose

5. Fix the connectors properly.

6. Check TBO and MO at Master light

switch and BCM pins

6. Refer ckt schematics

7. In case more than one function not

working even after checking ground,

harness interconnections and harness

pinching,

7. Check BCM Parameters and

update BCM parameters using

Diagnostics tool.

5.REAR PARKING LAMPS

(Part of Inboard and Outboard)

Single rear parking

lamp not working

1. Grounding point loose.

1. Tighten grounding properly

2. Connector from floor W/H to Rear

Cluster Lamp loose

2. Fix the connector properly

3. Bulb loose/fused.

3. Fix the bulb properly. Replace bulb

if blown.

4. Battery supply not reaching to parking

lamp LH/RH fuse input.

4. Check the continuity from battery

to the lamps through the master

light switch, main W/H and Floor

W/H connectors and rectify the

discontinuity in the circuit.

Both rear parking

lamps not working

1. Master light switch connector loose.

1. Fix the connector properly.

2. Master light switch faulty

2. Replace master light switch.

3. BCM o/p open or short circuit.

3. Repair wiring harness.

6.REAR TURN SIGNAL LAMPS

(Part of Outboard Tail Lamp)

Rear right/left turn

signal lamps not

working

1. Grounding point loose.

1. Tighten grounding properly.

2. Bulb loose/fused.

2. Fix the bulb properly. Replace bulb

if blown.
