AIR CONDITIONING
AIR CONDITIONING CONTROLS
This system has full heating, ventilation and Air
Conditioning.
The system controls can be adjusted to mix these
into various combinations.
The air flows into the interior through different
locations. This is controlled by the switch fitted on
RH side of A/c control panel.
The air flow control switch has five positions for air
flow direction.
Air to face vents
Air to face vents and for feet
Air to feet
Air to feet and windscreen
recommended for clearing mild mist
on windscreen
Air to windscreen recommended for
clearing heavy fog or snow
Rotating the air mix control switch clockwise
(towards red segment) the air temperature
increases. Rotate air mix control switch anti
clockwise (towards blue segment) to reduce the air
temperature.
The switch on the top centre is for controlling the
blower speeds. Blower has four speeds. The blower
speed could be selected as per requirements.
For operation of aircondition three switches have been
provided (See sketch).
Switch a -
Press (switch lamp "ON") for fresh air
mode, Release (switch lamp "OFF") for
air recirculation mode.
Switch b -
For switching 'ON' or 'OFF' front A/c. It
is marked by ‘F’

Switch c
- For switching 'ON' or 'OFF' rear A/c. It is
marked by ‘R’. (If fitted)
By switching on switch F and blower the Front A/c.
becomes operative.
Note:
When the A/C. is switched ON the engine RPM
increases and when the thermostat cuts off A/C.,
engine RPM decreases.
Rear A/C (If fitted)
The rear A/C. control panel is situated at rear as
shown in the sketch. The switch at the top is for
rear blower speed selection. The rear A/C. can be
switched ON or OFF by a switch on rear control
panel provided the front A/C. is already in operation
and switch marked R on front control is ‘ON’.
