Testing / Checking :
Front Wiper Front Wiper System not l Tighten ground properly
working at all
l Fix the connectors properly
l Fix the fuse firmly in the base. If blown, check for
short circuit and replace the fuse.
l Fix the controller in the base
l Replace the controller
l Replace front wiper motor
l Replace the switch
Front Wiper System does not l Connect the terminals properly
work in all speeds l Replace the wiper controller
Front Windscreen Front Windscreen washer l Fill tank with windscreen washer fluid
wash not working l Connect joints properly
l Tighten ground properly
l Fix the connectors properly
l Fix the fuse in the base properly. Replace if
blown
l Replace Pump
l Replace switch
Rear Wiper Rear Wiper System l Tighten ground properly
not working l Fix the connectors properly
l Fix the fuse firmly in the base. If blown, check for
short circuit and replace the fuse.
l Fix the controller / relay in the base properly
l Replace the controller / relay
l Replace rear wiper motor
l Replace the switch
Rear Windscreen Rear Windscreen Washer l Fill tank with windscreen washer fluid
Wash not working l Connect joints properly
l Tighten ground properly
l Fix the connectors properly
l Fix the fuse in the base properly. Replace if
blown
l Replace Pump
l Replace switch
