Take out 3rd speed gear (23) along with 3rd/4th shifter

sleeve (18) and engaging gear (22).

Remove needle roller cage (24).

Gently separate out shifter sleeve from engaging gear

and remove carriers (20), springs (19) and balls

- 5 mm dia. (21).

Separate out synchro cone (17a)

Hold the shaft firmly and pull out bush (25) along

with spacer (27) and 2nd speed gear (29) with the

help of puller.
