Connect fuel delivery pipe to filter. Fig 11. Connect
quick fix couplings on to thepump stems by hearing
a click sound. Connectors must be pushed onto a
matingstemandthenpulledback toassurecomplete
connections.The stemshouldbe lubricatedwithSAE
30 weight oil before re-connecting.

Assembleunderbodydelivery linequick fix coupling.
10. Connect fuel pumpand fuel level gauge connectors.
11. Fill the tank with fuel.
12. Connect negative cable at battery.
13. Withengine“OFF”conditionand ignition switch“ON”,
check for fuel leakage.
14. Start engine and check each joint for leakage.
Rectify if necessary.
