Removal

1. Remove HVAC/AC unit from vehicle. (Refer HVAC/

AC unit removal procedure)

2. Remove screws of air distribution housing.

3. Disassemble air distribution housing.

NOTE:

Air distribution flaps can be removed at this stage

in case of any malfunction.

4. Detach the plastic clips securing evaporator

assembly to the housing.

3. Detach air distribution housing clips.
