IgnitionCoil (ZSK1*2) (-40 ºC to 70 ºC)

1.

Do not expose the coil to wet & dusty

environment during storage.

2.

The coil is mounted at the engine on top

of the cylinder head cover.

3.

Ignition coil should be unpacked only

before installation.

4.

Ignition coils which have been dropped

must be disposed.

5.

Prevent water ingress.

6.

Permanent electrical connection must

be insured. Incorrect electrical connection

on primary connector can cause internal

damage.

7.

Applying hard impact or any force during

installation or removal is not permitted. This

can lead to invisible crack, where high

voltage can flash over.

8.

The coil should never be operated

without proper high voltage cables attached

to it. This will overstress the coil and can

cause fatal injury due to touching.

Canister Purge Valve

1.

Make sure there is no condensation of

fuel in the line from active carbon filter to

canister purge valve after engine shut-off.

2.

To prevent corrosion at the inner electrical

ports of the valve: Mounting with connector

in the downward direction is not

permissible.

3.

The purge valve must be scrapped, if

dropped.

4.

Ensure proper connections of hoses to

purge valve.

1.

Maximum clamping force during rubber

sleeve fixation at air box side 7 +/- 5 Nm.

2.

Keep the throttle body in clean

environment.

3.

Do not snap throttle body

4.

Do not forcefully assemble the throttle

body.

5.

Do not use throttle body if fallen down

or hit/hammered.

6.

Refer the points given in page no. 261.
