GENERAL

1.2 FRONT BUMPER REMOVAL AND REFIT-

MENT

1. Remove wiring harness connected to head

lights. Front bumper is mounted on BIW with

the help of two bolts on top, two bolts on bot-

tom.

2. Remove two bolts from top side.

3. Remove two bolts from bottom of bumper.

4. Remove clips on both sides of bumper.

5. Take out front the bumper for servicing.

Follow the reverse process for re-fitment of bumper.

TIGHTENING TORQUE FOR FRONT BUMPER

BOLTS = 1 Kg-m
