8. Apply thread lock gum to the thirteen M8 bolts
fastening the front half to rear half and tighten
them to a torque of 2.1 ~ 2.5 Kgm.
9. Tighten the reverse idler M8 bolt with sealing
washer to a torque of 2.3 kg m.
10. Lift the Shifter dogs accessible through the
top cover using a screw driver to get the input
and lay shaft ball bearing grooves protrude
out.
11. Fit the snap ring onto the deep groove
bearings.
12. Place the oil collector in the rear cover, such
that the groove in the rear cover aligns with
the groove in the oil collector. Make sure that
the fit is not loose.
13. Push the bush to input shaft and place needle
roller bearing 5

gear input shaft, 5

gear lay
shaft.
14. Assembly 5

and reverse synchro pack
assembly with shifter fork and dowel pins of
respective shafts.
