3. Lock the flywheel by using flywheel locking

pin.

4. Place the belt on alternator and combination

pulley.

5. Tighten alternator mounting and belt tensioner

bolts as per specified torque. (23 Nm).

6. Place the belt on AC compressor and

combination pulley.

7. Tighten AC compressor tensioner bolts and

mounting bolts by using ratchet and socket

spanner as per specified torque. (23 Nm).
