FRONT DOOR ASSEMBLY

Removal

1. Remove the grommet and disconnect the electrical

connector of wiring harness. Remove four bolts

securing door to the door hinges and take out the

door.

Installation

1. Align the door on to the hinges and tighten four

mounting bolts to specified torque.

TIGHTENING TORQUE FORDOORMOUNTING

BOLTS = 2.5 Kg-m

2. Connect the electrical connector and fix the

grommet.
