9.
Tighten the reverse idler M8 bolt to a torque of
2.3 kg m.
10. Lift the Shifter dogs accessible through the top
cover using a screw driver to get the input and
lay shaft ball bearing grooves protrude out.
11. Fit the circlip onto the deep groove bearings.
6.
Apply the liquid sealant to the front half mating
surface.
7.
Place the rear half housing assembly on the front
half , such that the mating surfaces match
properly.
8.
Apply thread lock gum to the thirteen M8 bolts
fastening the front half to rear half and tighten
them to a torque of 2.1 ~ 2.5 Kgm.
