ENGINE COVER

Removal:

NOTE:

Before removing / repairing any of the CNG

components from vehicle, always ensure that the

gas flow is stopped at cylinder valve by closing the

ON / OFF manual knob and also ensure that the

remaining CNG in the system should get consumed

by starting the vehicle in CNG mode till it stalls.



Remove the rear bumper panel of tailgate.



Remove the jack.(For that please refer the Jack

removal procedure).



Remove the tool kit



Remove the cushion of the Engine cover



Remove the six bolts of engine cover to body

and take out the Engine cover.

REFITMENT:

For fitment procedure, follow the reverse procedure

of “Removal”.
