BOOSTER NRV
REMOVAL
1. Disconnect the spring band clamp and remove
the vacuum line connected to the non-return
valve.
2. Loosen and remove the NRV from the booster
by rotating it in anticlockwise direction.
FITMENT
For fitment follow reverse procedure of removal.
NOTE
Vacuum pipeline routine/ vacuum hose orientation
to be ensured after fitment.
BOOSTER ASSEMBLY (FOR ABS VEHICLE)
REMOVAL
1. Drain the brake fluid from the hydraulic circuit.
(For procedure refer Brake fluid draining
procedure in this section.)
2. Disconnect the lines which are connecting
master cylinder to ABS unit.
(For ABS vehicle
only)
3. Disconnect all ABS hydraulic lines
.(For ABS
vehicle only)
4. Remove the tandem master cylinder.
(Refer
on vehicle procedure of Tandem master
cylinder removal in this section )
5. Disconnect the vacuum hose connection from
the booster NRV.
