6.1.3 OVERHAULING

6.1.3.1 PRECAUTIONS

The pipeline should not be stretched or pulled

during fitment or during clamping.

The hoses should be fitted without twisting.

Make sure that there is no fluid leakage at the

hydraulic pipe joints.

During filling of brake fluid one should confirm

that the fluid is free from dust metal particles,

water or mineral oil contamination.

Make sure that there are no air bubbles in the

hydraulic circuit.

Inside surface of pipes should be free from dirt,

dust and metal particles. There should not be

any burr at the pipe end.

All the pipelines and hoses should be routed

properly and clamped at given clamping

points.
