C. TONER RING

REMOVAL

1. Remove the stone guard.

(For procedure refer

stone guard removal in Body section.)

2. Remove front wheels.

3. Take out the stub axle assembly along with wheel

hub and brake disc

.(For procedure refer front

axle assembly removal in this section.)

4. Pull out the drive shaft from the carrier section

follow the same procedure at other end also.

5. Mount the drive shaft on the table and break the

toner ring using a blunt chisel or screw driver.

! CAUTION

Do the hammering on the toner ring directly to avoid

any damage to the drive shaft and rubber boot.

FITMENT

1. Position the toner ring on the drive shaft and with

the help of toner ring pressing dolly

(Part No.

287058903315)

install the toner ring on its loca-

tion.

Proceed in reverse order of removal for fitment

of the removed components.
