C FRONT PIPE WITH CLOSED CATALYTIC
CONVERTER
REMOVAL
1. Remove the Stone guard. (
For procedure refer
body section.
)
2. Remove the heat shield of turbocharger.
3.
Loosen and remove the Front Silencer pipe
mounting bolts
(1) (2 Nos.).
4. Loosen and remove three mounting nuts
(3 Nos.)
from the turbocharger side indicated as (1) in the
figure and take out the catalytic converter along
with front pipe assembly
FITMENT
For fitment follow the reverse procedure of
removal.
NOTE
Use new gaskets every time while fitment
and tighten nuts and bolts to specified torque.
D MIDDLE PIPE ASSY
REMOVAL
1. Loosen & remove bolts
(2Nos.)
of middle pipe
from front pipe.
2. Loosen & remove bolts of middle pipe from main
silencer end and remove the middle pipe.
FITMENT
For fitment follow the reverse procedure of
removal.
