6. Loosen and remove the clamps
(1)
and remove
the hose
(2)
between turbocharger and intercool-
er pipe.
7. Loosen and remove one mounting bolt of the in-
take pipe.
8. Remove the OMS hose pipe and loosen the in-
take pipe nuts from turbocharger to remove it.
9. Remove the CCC assembly.
(Refer CCC removal
procedure from this section).
10.Disconnect the Turbocharger oil return tube by
removing two mounting bolts from cylinder block.
11.Loosen and remove the banjo bolt

of oil feed-
er line and disconnect the same from
turbocharger and cylinder head.
12.Loosen and remove three mounting nuts and take
out the turbocharger

from exhaust manifold
(2).
