28. If required dismantle the upper casing

29. Remove the evaporator assembly from lower

casing.

30. Mark the position of thermister on evaporator &

take out the thermister.

! CAUTION

Care needs to be taken while removing the

thermister from the evaporator assembly to avoid

any damage to the fins of the evaporator.

INSPECTION

Following points need to be checked before assem-

bling the HVAC system:

1. Check if the re-circulating gate is working proper-

ly.

2. Check for clogged heater coils.

3. Check for dirt on the evaporator fins.

ASSEMBLY

For assembly follow the reverse procedure of re-

moval.
