10.3.4 ROOF AC UNIT
REMOVAL
1. Pry out the bezel cap to access the mounting
bolts.
2. Loosen and remove one mounting bolts and take
out the bezel assembly from roof liner.

Remove roof liner.
(For procedure refer roof liner
removal procedure in body section.)
4. Disconnect the electrical connection from left
hand side of AC unit.
5. Remove drain lines from both sides of ac unit.
6. Disconnect the refrigerant lines from right hand
side.
7. Loosen and remove six mounting bolts and take
out the roof ac unit from vehicle.
FITMENT
For fitment follow the reverse procedure of removal
