15.
Freeze IMV current trim faults.
16.
Disables DTI ISO leak test, DTI
ISO IMV test & DTI HPV ISO test.
17.
EMS ECU applies reduce torque
mode:(80% of torque).
18.
Disables diagnostic of Rail
Pressure Control build fault.
19.
Disables the rail pressure control
fault detection.

Circuit voltage above
threshold
This DTC gets logged if the Battery
voltage sensed by EMS ECU is higher
than max calibrated threshold value for
battery voltage.
EMS ECU used to take following
recovery action if it detects
system voltage is too high:-
1.
Doesn't turn on AC compressor
relay even though AC request
signal is active and applies
default ac torque.
2.
Disables the AMF plausibility test.
3.
Disables the BRC reading and use
estimation for injector pulse
duration instead of reading for inj0
4.
Disables the BRC reading and use
estimation for injector pulse
duration instead of reading for inj1
5.
Disables the BRC reading and use
estimation for injector pulse
duration instead of reading for inj2
6.
Disables the BRC reading and use
estimation for injector pulse
duration instead of reading for inj3
7.
Disables cruise control function.
8.
Disables RVD (Rail Valve
Discharge) on inj0
9.
Disables RVD (Rail Valve
Discharge) on inj1
10.
Disables RVD (Rail Valve
Discharge) on inj2
11.
Disables RVD (Rail Valve
Discharge) on inj3.
12.
Disables all DTI ISO diag test
13.
Disables EGR control and close
EGR valve.
1.
Check if the correct battery is fitted. Replace the battery if
wrong battery is installed.
2.
Check & ensure main power hold rely is working properly.
3.
Check and ensure whether the battery terminals are connected
properly and they are tight. Check for oxidation on battery
terminals, in case of oxidation capture the observation and
forward it to battery supplier.
4.
Check the charging circuit; Rectify the charging circuit if faulty.
5.
Check ECU pin no B6,B2 & B4 are getting ground connection
and B1,B3 & B5 are connected to battery positive – 12 V
supply.
6.
Check resistance between the vehicle chassis ground and ECU
ground with the help of ohmmeter, if the resistance is too high
then fix ECU ground.
7.
Check ECU; Replace ECU if problem still persists.
8.
Confirmatory check after rectification~ Check battery voltage in
diagnostic tool. ~
A) Reading should be close to 12 V if alternator is not
charging. ~
B) Reading should be close to 14 V if alternator is charging
