GEAR BOX 6450 42 42. Insert the 5 th , 6 th gear shifter shaft on to intermediate plate. 43. Ensure the proper alignment of swing fork and 5 th , 6 th shifter dogs and then assemble it with 5 th , 6 th shifter sleeve on counter shaft. NOTE: Ensure the “S” distance (Which is smallest one) of fork arm towards reverse shifter shaft as shown in below figure.
