GEAR BOX 6450 41 38. Slide the bush of 6 th gear on to the counter shaft and measure the exact thickness of counter shaft circlip so that 6 th gear bush moment is completely arrested. NOTE: After selection of counter shaft circlip, remove the bush. 39. Slide the 6 th gear along with it bush and needle bearing on counter shaft. 40. Place the selected circlip on the counter shaft and ensure the proper fitment of circlip on counter shaft. 41. Slide the 6 th gear on main shaft.
