GEAR BOX 6450 43 44. Slide the lock plate on main shaft. NOTE: Ensure gap between the lock plate and the 6 th gear of counter shaft should be 2 mm to 2.5 mm. 45. Slide the reverse synchro ring, double cone synchro pack and reverse gear assembly along with shifter fork assembly together on main shaft. 46. Slide the Wheel speedo meter sensing and inner race on main shaft. NOTE: Inner race of main shaft cylindrical roller bearing is to be fitted after fitment of speedo sensing wheel. 47. FOR 4X4 inner race of main shaft cylindrical roller bearing will be fitted after reverse gear assembly. 48. Remove the lock nuts.
