Thickness of circlip ( W ) = 68.75 – D D. Slide the measure circlip (W) on to the counter shaft. 35. Push the 5 th gear bush along with needle cage bearing on to the counter shaft. 36. Slide the 5 th gear sub assembly on counter shaft and 5 th , 6 th gear bush along with the 5 th gear of main shaft. CAUTION: Identification of fifth and sixth gear while assembly is as shown below. Fifth gear teeth (A) is always smaller than sixth gear teeth (B). 37. Slide the 5 th , 6 th engaging gear sub assembly along with double synchro cone pack.
