Trouble Shooting:-
Flow Diagram or table format for diagnosing the fault code

Remove the 12V LV
battery negative
terminal.
After a minute connect
the 12V LV battery
negative terminal &
"Ignition Switch" to ON
position.
Crank and wait for 2
minutes.
Check for the fault code.
Fault code P130500
is Present?
Go to step 2
Repair
Complete

Turn Ignition switch OFF
and remove the LV
battery negative terminal,
Check the continuity
between the KL30 and E-
drive Battery Fuse Out.
Is there a proper
continuity?
Go to step 3
Make the
connection
proper and
check the
fault code
again.

Check for the E-
DRIVE_BATT(5A) fuse
EF25 LV fuse
IS E-
DRIVE_BATT(5A)
LV Fuse blown?
Replace the fuse
and go to step 1
Go to step

Check for DC-DC
converter output under
voltage fault
Check DC-DC
converter DTC
P130018 and
P130019
Refer Trouble
shooting code
P130018 and
P130019.Check
this fault code
again.
Go to step 5

Check for fault code
again
Fault code P130500
is present again?
Contact the
authorized dealer
and replace the
OBC.
Repair
Completed.

After rectification, ensure the following points by referring E-drive parameters using TML
diagnostic tool before handing over to customer.
a)
Check the torque value.
b)
Check whether the vehicle runs properly in Forward and reverse direction.
