P130400:- Motor Over Speed Fault.

Customer Symptom
Vehicle will stop.
Fault Effect (On Vehicle) Vehicle cannot be driven.
Lamp Status (If Any)
HV Critical lamp on cluster glows
DTC Detection Condition This DTC gets logged if the speed of the motor goes beyond 12600
rpm.
Normal Operating
Condition
Normally the speed of the vehicle is below 12600 rpm.
Probable Trouble Area
a)
Speed limit function of the MCU has failed.
b)
Resolver of the motor has failed.
Healing Condition
Ignition On/Off
Write up for the system:-
E-drive is a three in one unit which consist of Electric motor, Motor Controller Unit and Gear-
Box, Where this unit draws power from the High voltage battery and convvert that electric power
into kinetic engrgy which helps to rotate the vehicle. During braking vheicle kinetic enerrgy
convert in to eletric energy.
Pre-Check Points:
Check the speed limit in the Speed Limit Function of the MCU.
