Customer Symptom

Vehicle will stop.

Fault Effect (On Vehicle) Vehicle cannot be driven.

Lamp Status (If Any)

HV Critical lamp on cluster glows

DTC Detection Condition

After Discharge command if HV voltage takes more than 3 Sec. to reduce voltage below

60V

Normal Operating

Condition

HV Voltage reduced to below 60V within 3 Sec.

Probable Trouble Area

a)

Dischrge Circiut fault.

b)

Voltage Sensor Failure

Healing Condition

Ignition Reset

Write up for the system:-

E-drive is a three in one unit which consist of Electric motor, Motor Controller Unit and Gear-

Box, Where this unit draws power from the High voltage battery and convvert that electric power

into kinetic engrgy which helps to rotate the vehicle. During braking vheicle kinetic enerrgy

convert in to eletric energy.

Pre-Check Points:

Measeure discharge time to reduce HV voltage to less than 60V from system Nominal Voltage

within 3 Sec.
