Customer Symptom

NA

Fault Effect (On Vehicle)

DCDC Converter is not charging LV battery. Vehicle stops when LV

battery is completely drained

Lamp Status (If Any)

NA

DTC Detection Condition

This DTC gets logged if the input current of DC DC is greater than 20A

Normal Operating Condition

Input current of DC DC is with in the range of less than 20A

Probable Trouble Area

1. Output short circuit or overload

2. DCDC output current sensor failure.

Healing Condition

Ignition OFF wait till VCU sleeps & Ignition ON

system:-

HV DCDC Converter converts DC high voltage to low voltage to charge 12V battery. The conversion starts with wakeup and

enable signal to DCDC converter from VCU.

Pre-CheckPoints:

a) Check for insulation resistance at the input of DC DC conveter (should be >500M ohms)

b) Check for proper connections of DC DC Converter HV input cables

c) Check for design intended HV battery
