K. CONDENSER SEALING DUCT

REMOVAL

1. Remove the bumper (Refer Body section).

2. Open the bonnet.

3. Remove horns from both ends.

4. Loosen and remove mounting screws.

FITMENT

Follow the reverse procedure of removal.

L. CONDENSER

REMOVAL

1. Remove the radiator (Refer Radiator removal

process).

2. Loosen and remove the 4 condenser mounting

bolts on the radiator and separate out the con-

denser.

CAUTION

Never leave the condenser lines open immediately

cover them with caps, otherwise the desiccant which

is in-built in the condenser may absorb the moisture

from surrounding air and get contaminated.

FITMENT

Follow the reverse procedure of removal.

M. CHILLER UNIT

Type

– Plate type chiller

REMOVAL

1. Open the bonnet of the vehicle.

2. Remove Aux Battery negative terminal and Put

masking tape on Aux Battery negative terminal &

cable.

3. Discharge the refrigerant using standard recov-

ering equipment.

(Refer maintenance section.)

4. Drain coolant from BCS system by disconnecting

coolant hose from HV battery.

5. Remove Electrical connection on chiller unit.

6. Remove the mounting nut and disconnect the

Suction line and the discharge pipes from chiller

TXV and take out AC pipes.
