7. Remove spring band clamps from coolant inlet
outlet pipes of Chiller.
8. Remove Chiller mounting screw and take out
Chiller.
CAUTION
Never leave chiller joints open, immediately cover
with caps. Check condition of ‘O’ ring while re-
assembly of AC pipes at Chiller TXV.
FITMENT
Follow the reverse procedure of removal.
N. SOLENOID VALVE
REMOVAL
1. Discharge refrigerant from AC system by using
standard recovery instruments.
2. Remove electrical connection of solenoid valve.
3. Loosen two nuts of solenoid valve and take out
valve from pipe.
4. Remove solenoid valve mounting nut on Body.
FITMENT
Follow the reverse procedure of removal.
