D. SUBFRAME ASSEMBLY

i. REMOVAL OF SUBFRAME ASSEMBLY

1. Remove the front wheel and disconnect the

anti roll bar joint.

2. Disconnect the steering tie rod ball joint from

the knuckle.

3. Disconnect the EPAS. (steering group)

4. Remove the C mount of the engine from the

Subframe.

5. Remove Exhaust Front Pipe Assy.

6. Loosen the crash mtg. (four) bolt.

7. Remove battery connection wiring harness

mounting on crank reinforcement bracket.

8. Loosen mounting bolts on crank reinforcement

Bracket and take it out.
