5. Loosen and remove the bottom mounting bolts
of the CCC.
6. Loosen and remove the top mounting bolts of
the CCC and take it out.
FITMENT
For fitment follow the reverse procedure of
removal.
NOTE
Use new gaskets every time while fitment
and tighten nuts and bolts to specified
torque.
EXHAUST PIPE FITMENT
1. Mount all rubber hanger on BIW rod hangers.
2. Insert exhaust rear assembly into rubber
hangers. (Ensure proper orientation of rear
assy. rubber hangers).
3. Tighten the mounting bolt on Exhaust Pipe and
Fix the exhaust pipe assembly along with the
main silencer from Intermediate pipe.
4. Tighten the mounting bolts on front exhaust
pipe and on the engine.
