11. GUIDE FR ASSY
REMOVAL
1. Remove sunroof.
2. Remove Glass Panel from Sunroof.
3. Remove Electric drive
4. Remove Rear Water Channel
5. Remove Corner Cover Piece
6. Remove Connecting part.
7. Remove Colissa guide Assembly.
8. Remove Retaining Hook Guide.
9. Remove Guide RR AC.
10.Slide the Guide FR along the Guide rail till the
end and remove it from Guide rail.
NOTE
Observe the Guide FR orientation before removal;
label and mark if necessary.
FITMENT
For fitment follow the removal procedure in
reverse.
12. MECHANISM MAINTENANCE
TOOLS REQUIRED:
SMALL BRUSH, T25 SCREWDRIVER, CLEAN
CLOTH FABRIC, GREASE
1. Follow procedure to remove sunroof from
vehicle.
2. Follow procedure to remove Glass Panel from
Sunroof.
3. Clean groove on mechanism Colissa
(detergent is optional), and then apply grease
with small brush into Colissa groove. The
cleaning process is VERY IMPORTANT.
4. Operate sunroof, until mechanism reach
position next to Wind Deflector bearing, then
apply grease into Colissa grooves.
