14.Disengage the gear selector cable end from the
lever by rotating the cable to one side and
prying it off in the direction that continues the
rotating motion.
15.Remove the gear shifter cable from the bracket
by pulling back on the locking collar and lifting
the cable out of the bracket.
14.ASSEMBLY GEARSHIFT CONTROL CABLE
1. Before fitment of ball joint at TA end of select &
shift cable, Ensure all other fitment of cable and
shifter is done properly.
2. Install gear selector and shifter cable mountings
on Body.
Perform neutral setting as follows
3. Ensure Gear shifter lever is locked in 1
st

plane by locking yellow clip placed on top of
housing.
