9. Keep the mounting nut loosely wound on the
HP pump shaft.
10. Relieve tension on the belt by adjusting the
auto tensioner.
11. Remove the timing belt.
12. Remove belt tensioner assembly.
13. Remove the belt idler.
14. Using the special flange
(part no. 2547 0713
7103)
for FIP gear removal, loosen the gear
from the HP pump.
15. Remove the FIP gear.
