17. Disconnect the fuel supply connection to
Engine by relieving the fuel pressure.
18. Remove canister connections from canister
purge valve mounted on intake manifold.
19. To remove exhaust front pipe loosen the clamp
near Catcon and clamp near pre silencer of
exhaust pipe.
20. Remove battery tray by removing fasteners
(6Nos).
21. Disconnect the gear shift cable and selector
cable from the transaxle.
22. Disconnect the clutch cable connection from
the transaxle.
23. Remove front two tyres.
24. Disconnect the left and right drive shafts from
the vehicle.
25. Use suitable belt/chain to fix a zip crane to the
engine lifting hooks located at front and rear of
the engine.
26. Raise the crane slightly up until very light
pressure is applied to the engine.
