Customer Symptom
All lamps of Instrument Cluster will be ON, Engine
cranking will not happen.
Fault Effects (On Vehicle)
Engine cranking will not happen.
Lamp Status (If Any)
All lamps of Instrument Cluster will be ON.
Fault Detection Condition
1. Short circuit between CAN_H -CAN_L, CAN_H -GND,
CAN_L-Vbatt, CANL-GND, CANH-Vbatt.
2. In case of following open circuit failures:
1 CANH wire open(Vehicle connector pin 3)
2. CANL wire open(Vehicle connector pin 8)
3. Both CANH,CANL open
Normal Operating Condition
ECU communicates properly with TML diagnostic Tool.
Probable Trouble Area
CAN_H and CAN_L wires
Healing Condition
Removal of the above mentioned shorts/open in the
wiring harness or at ECU pin.
