REMOVE THE CLOCKSPRING FROM W/H & CHECK
THE CLOCK SPRING FOR:
1.PHISICAL SHORT FOR DAMAGE ACROSS THE PINS
C182A-1 & C182A-2.
2.CHECK WHETHER RESISTANCE BETWEEN PINS
C182A-1 & C182A-2 OF CLOCK SPRING IS IN THE
RANGE OF 0.3 Ω TO 0.61Ω.

2.C176C-16 & C182A-2.
