IVN DTCs

Preliminary Check

1. Check resistance in Diagnostic CAN pin no. 6 and 14. It should be 120ohm.

2. Check for short conditions between CAN_H-CAN_L, CAN_H-GND, CAN_L-GND, CAN_H-Vbatt and

CAN_L-GND. There should not be any short circuit conditions.

3. Check continuity between IPC CAN_H (pin no. 15) vehicle side connector to OBD connector CAN_H (pin

no. 6) and CAN_L (pin no. 14) vehicle side connector to ODB connector (pin no.14).

4.

Turn ignition ON and Read IVN DTCs in IPC.

Vehicle cranking will not happen.

N.A

Fault Detection Condition

PEPS connector is not connected properly or disconnected

from its location.

CAN Stub wire from PEPS connector side is disconnected.

Normal Operating Condition

PEPS ECU communicates properly with TML diagnostic Tool.

Probable Trouble Area

Disconnection of the PEPS connector

Healing Condition

To fix the PEPS connector correctly and Fix the wiring harness

issues from IPC side.
