mating connectors for pin bend or damaged etc.

switch mating connector (Terminal Bend)

Disconnect Start/Stop Button & check continuity
between terminal
[Pin no.1]
and terminal
[Pin no.
2]
of Start stop switch connector.
(Please refer the Start stop switch drawings)

Continuity
Found?
1. Start stop switch is faulty
2. Replace Start stop switch
Yes
PEPS ECU Faulty
No
Replace PEPS ECU
DTC’s confirmation:-
After rectification, ensure the following points by using TML diagnostic tool before handing over to customer.
1. Run Input Switch Test routine, operate switches manually and check, DTC B101A – 11 should not be returned
with the Routine results.
