Warning Light Displayed
Fault Effects (On Vehicle)
ABS – Available, EBD – Available(with reduced functionality),
ESP – Not available
Lamp Status (If Any)
ABS – OFF, EBD – OFF, ESP – ON
Fault Detection Condition
If Battery(supply) voltage becomes less than or equal to 9.5V
Normal Operating Condition
ABS is functional between 10V to 15V
Probable Trouble Area
Fuse of the Voltage supply (UB_VR) defective /
Voltage supply line has an interruption.
Connection of the ground line (Car body) or the
contact points (Plug-in connectors) are corroded
(Voltage drop)
Battery discharged or insufficient charging capacity.
Healing Condition
Battery voltage becomes greater than or equal to 10V
Component Details:

Preliminary Checks:
Examine the fuse of the Voltage supply (UB_VR- 25 amp) and exchange if defective.
Remove voltage drop at contact points if any.
